Me and my husband are thinking about taking our kids to an amusement park, but we would like to go somewhere around Pittsburgh. Any suggestions please?|||Well if you are wanting to visit a amusement park in the pittsburgh area then KennyWood would be the place to visit. Admission prices are resonable and there is free parking avaiable. They have some great roller coasters along with some great flat rides. I highly recommend this park, I have visited the park twice so far this year and have had a blast each visit.|||If you do decide to goto Kennywood, make sure you head to Giant Eagle just up the road, they give, I believe, $10 off admission. Not sure if you need a Giant Eagle advantage card or not. Check it out.

|||Kennywood of course! If you want a water park there is sandcastle too. Kennywood is pretty inexpensive (compared to others around the country AND the "RollerCoaster Enthuasist" go there every year for the quality of the coasters. I believe there are 7 now. I grew up there and it's fun but it's not a full days worth. (My friend and I went there and did all the roller coasters twice and it only took 4 hours) I hope you enjoy the Steel City!
