My brother stutters and will start college this fall and he would like to see a speech language pathologist. Does anyone know any such establishments near the Pittsburgh Campus of the University of Pittsburgh?|||The Stuttering Foundation lists two in Pittsburgh on this page http://www.stutteringhelp.org/Default.as鈥?/a>

If these are not near the campus or if the cost will not allow it, he can try self-therapy. "Self Therapy for the Stutterer" published by The Stuttering Foundation of America worked wonders for my family members who stuttered after working through it step by step. The book can be found here http://www.stutteringhelp.org/Portals/En鈥?/a>

He can start on this right now. It is a book that was used in therapy sessions with one of my uncles and then he bought it for his brothers (there was no internet back then) who couldn't see a therapist.
