"Self Therapy for the Stutterer" published by The Stuttering Foundation of America worked wonders for my family members who stuttered after working through it step by step. It is a book that was used in therapy sessions with one of my uncles and then he bought it for his brothers (there was no internet back then) who couldn't see a therapist.
